Instructions:

Chest Exerciser                                                                                                                                                                                     

1.         Roll the wheelchair forward onto the equipment & brake the wheelchair when close to the bending bars;                                                                                                                                                                                          

2.         Sit upright in the seat maintaining a straight back;

3.         Take hold of the handgrips in front with both hands, and then push toward the middle to the end;

4.         Slowly bring your arms back to the starting position;

5.         Maintain a smooth, controlled movement during the exercise and do not lock elbows;

6.         Exhale when pushing out, and inhale when pulling back;

7.         Increase repeats as fitness improves.

Arm Strength Trainer                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

1.         Roll the wheelchair forward &  brake the wheelchair when close to the stop bars;

2.         Grasp the wheels tightly with both hands;

3.         Turn it clockwise & counterclockwise movement.
